On the SPOT blog (07/11/2022) [P..]

Red close for all major indices here in the US today. This was perhaps triggered by anticipation of two data points viz., inflation data and some banks' earning -- both of which are due later in the week. We might get some clarity on the state of economy by the end of this week before the flurry of earnings start next week. There doesn't seem to be any conviction in the rally yet so there might be some profit-taking in play after last week's rally.
