Mixed news and earnings data today. It looks like unemployment claims fell so labor market and hence the economy still seem to be strong. This might have raised speculations about Feds' monetary policy tightening moves for next month. Corporate quarterly reports seem to suggest that inflation and strong dollar are affecting their results and there doesn't seem to be any end in sight for that yet. All three major US indices finished the day in mild red.
