Federal Reserve meeting and volatility seem to go hand in hand these days given the speculation related to rate hikes and their commentary on the economy. Market behavior before and after their meeting wasn't surprising. However, tech is starting to show signs of life after MSFT results (MSFT was down after releasing the results yesterday but the call and guidance gave investors some confidence to have a +ve effect on the market earlier in the day).
