Markets closed in deep red today amid growing tensions around Ukraine. After all, a war in that region will make the ongoing Supply Chain issues worse so every time there is a move that suggests a war, investors seem to take notice. Initial estimate was that if Russia invades Ukraine then it will not do so until Olympics end in China. So, as we get closer to that date, any skirmishes around the Ukraine border affects the calculations for probability of a war and that seems to be making investors run for cover.
