ISM services index dipped slightly more than estimated. Tech continues to be under pressure (including big tech names like AAPL, GOOGL, TSLA) reflecting the news surrounding these companies. Target results seem to be generating +ve sentiment for the stock. All three major US Indices are in the red this morning (PST).
