This morning (PST), all three major US indices are in the green. Federal Reserve Chairman's testimony on the Capitol Hill suggests that FOMC is considering rate cut(s) for this year but not until they gain confidence in inflation to stay in the target range. Comments also suggested confidence in the possibility of soft landing for the economy. In other news, ADP report showed private sector payrolls increased in February but less than estimated.
