Commerce department reported rise in housing permits and starts for February that seems above estimates. DJIA, S&P500 are in the green and Nasdaq Composite seems slightly in red this morning (PST) perhaps because of pullback in several semiconductor stocks. FOMC meeting is underway and all eyes on its conclusion due tomorrow.
