This morning (PST) all three major US indices are in the green. There didn't seem to be any new crisis from the banking sector so skepticism about financial systems seems to be receding. There was also some good news from the US housing sector that showed that pending home sales increased in February. That does appear to be a cause of optimism albeit housing market forecast seem uncertain.
