US markets continued to be volatile today but I noticed a downgrade for transportation sector from significant investment analyst. Certain semis also seem to be downgraded or got -ve price revision perhaps because of some quarterly order proportion change. Extrapolating this information seems to explain the reasons for volatility. Earnings season should clarify if there is sustained drop in demand.
