This morning (PST), DJIA is in the green and S&P500, Nasdaq Composite are in the red. Boston Fed presidents' comments suggest that Feds need more data to conclude if inflation is moving sustainably towards Feds' target rate. INTC is affected -vely by the news related to its China export license for some of its products and effect of it on its revenue guidance.
