On the SPOT blog (05/10/2023) [A..]
CPI data from this morning appears to have met expectations. It finally dropped below 5% and at least its direction is correct. All three major US indices touched the green this morning (PST) but at the moment Dow appears to be in slight red while S&P and Nasdaq are in the green. Debt ceiling talks didn't show much progress except that they would continue negotiations and comments that US will not default (obviously but this "drama" takes place quite often).
