Markets seem to be close to the flat line this morning. Not much seems to be going on to change the market sentiment. New York manufacturing activity seems to have dipped more than expected in May. Debt ceiling talks seem to be progressing as Treasury Secretary's comments suggest that politicians might have made progress in some areas of debt ceiling negotiations. There was also a comment from one of the Fed officials that reflected his view that he doesn't see rate cuts coming this year. So, no new information yet that can change the narrative for investors.
