This morning (PST), Dow seems to be in the red perhaps because of the debt ceiling negotiations impasse. FOMC meeting minutes released yesterday suggests that rate hikes are still on the table albeit there seems to be a tilt towards possibility of less tough policy. S&P and Nasdaq are in the green powered by the AI frenzy triggered by NVIDIA.
