On the SPOT™ blog (08/14/2023) [S..]

This morning (PST), all three major US indices are in the green with Nasdaq composite in darker shade of green as investors seem to pick up some of the AI-front runners after some pullback last week. Only significant news appears to be related to Chinese private wealth manager missing payment and inviting government scrutiny. Tesla cut prices in China again. Not sure if this was triggered after no comprehensive stimulus (not yet) from the government there to energize the economy. Yen rose against the dollar.
