Alphabet and Microsoft both seemed to have delivered what appears to be ominous results for the big tech. MSFT reported slowing growth in its Cloud business and also issued a relatively weak guidance. Alphabet missed on its top and bottom line. These two were enough to take Nasdaq and S&P500 indices down. Visa reported good results that might have triggered a rally for Dow but it also gave up most of the gains and barely finished in green as Treasury yields rose.
