Markets seem to be in a "wait-and-watch" mode as it awaits speech from Federal Reserve Chairman tomorrow. There is also a vote on railroad strike on Wednesday that is critical to avoid exacerbating supply chain, inflation and employment issues. Then I think there is also jobs report on Friday so no reason to rush even though there was some improvement in China on the Covid front. Dow finished barely in green while S&P500 and Nasdaq finished mildly in red.
