CPI number ticked up slightly compared to last month as opposed to staying flat as estimated. Core CPI number was inline with estimates. The report doesn't seem to be invoking any noticable reaction this morning (PST) with respect to tomorrow's FOMC meeting conclusion as all three major US indices are near the flat line and in mild green.
